Well, you can try in subtle ways, like "be kind", "make them laugh", "eat/drink together", most important : BE YOURSELF and HAVE A GOOD TIME TOGETHER. Of course, you love yourself, so you don't have to "hide" all of these "politically and socially INCCORRECT" bits of your character, not even from yourself ... This is only a start for a "happy life", love will or will not come, i know no way to PUSH it.
