We used to live in an area that was known for daily car-skunk interactions! The best thing is to go to a car wash and use the soap suds brush and the high pressure spray rinse. It's hard to get underneath where most of the smell will be, so use the soap-pressure spray to reach it. It does work... you just have to plug the meter a lot! Good luck.
