I always try to employ the tactics that best match the situation. Here, your posts were not trying to insult, even though you presented a strongly one-sided view. But that is the beginning of a reasonable debate - it's not very effective to present the opposition's side as well. In other threads, you have been deliberately (or ignorantly) inflammatory and insulting. To those threads, a different style of reply is called for. So don't think my lack of insults has anything to do with my "learning" something or "trying something new". It's simply my normal response to inoffensive posts. If you ever get a chance to review my earlier posts, you might catch that.
