Last Job where I had a 'restrictive' environment (plus the fact that I was told I wasn't allowed to run Unix anymore) I just resigned. I have absolutely no regrets. Hummingbird sucks - If you're caught on doze, try XFree86 over Cygwin. PosgreSQL is just amazing (if you have a choice over Oracle). But.. "W development is dangerous and a developer can create their own virus by accident... " Now, that would be a neat trick! It must be MS LookOut!
