I was on a tech call last week for 65 minutes with this guy who wanted to dial-up long distance and the phone could not in any way be in the same room as the computer. He'd be gone for 5-10 minutes at a time after I told him something like "double click on my computer, then double click on dial-up networking..." I tried to explain to him how he can just put the area code and phone number in there, without using any of the insane MS dialing properties, but the fool managed to find his way into the "I am dialing from".....you can imagine where it went from there....
