We have one project manager who asks excellent questions. When I answer a question for her, I always feel like I'm clarifying my own thoughts and the time feels productive.

Do I get to work with that PM? Noooooo! I get stuck with the PM who asks the same questions over and over and even though I document the answer in varying levels of detail and discuss it over the phone and draw it on the white board, he always asks again. I am so drained and frustrated!!!!

(How hard is it to understand that the system of record doesn't store the data coded the way the user wants, but we just need a translation table to make the conversion?!?!?)
