I'm not as stupid as your Luser, and i actually RTFM and i followed all the instructions correctly, couldn't get my DSL working, i spent 2 hours on the phone with tech support, worked for 3 minutes, then it crashed again.
my uncle was on the phone with them for another 2 hours, no headway at all, they sent a guy out here, my dad offers him a chair he says "no need, i'll only be a few minutes"
1 ethernet card, 2 hours and 3 DSL modems later, he left and I had DSL...
it's sad when your own company sets you up for the fall isn't it?
