I've been hoping someone would use it, but its not in the best shape for someone else installing it. A few too many UF-isms in it. Not quite generic. I was hacking it apart yesterday to try and use some of it for another project. But in terms of quality code, there are some really good bits with the extensible account data, the caching algorithms, and the threading which is O(n) in time complexity :) Also, MikeL/Saucepan wrote some VERY cool stuff that allows us an easily extensible way of attaching new subroutines and url's without messing with httpd.conf or anything.
