Why won't AT&T ever own up to when they screw something up? This morning, I come in and everything outside my local sites is painfully slow. I call up AT&T and ask, the woman says one circuit is running 1.8 mb and the other 2.3 mb (these are 1.5 mb circuits) so I ask where all the traffic is comming from, she puts me on hold to call the router management department. Five minutes later the guy from router management tells me everything looks fine and I'm running at 27% usage. I check, and I can get on UF and everywhere else I wish to go. And according to them, NOTHING happened. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
