I just added the '2' to differentiate me from other Blackbyrds. Yes, there are in fact, other Blackbyrds. One I know of is a young man from Jamaica. Another is a an aspiring rapper. I have had this nick in various places for a couple years. I tried logging into a site with just Blackbyrd a long time ago, and found someone had already registered it. Since then, I use the 2 just to keep all the nicks easy to remember.
