Dull, dull, dull... by Arcanaloth 2001-12-23 03:25:40
It's quarter past 12 here (at daystar-period), my little box got Debian on it in a marathon session yesterday, and now I'm browsing the web with this box the first time... Only that a P-100 can't run X well. So I'm using lynx. Yup, no graphics. I haven't seen todays strip yet. And I also haven't seen my two other daily drugs (GPF and Dilbert), which normally are nearly the first things I see in the morning (after UF). *sob*
I'll try setting up ircII here now, but I won't be able to read the comic before my friend, the friendly neighborhood Debian maintainer, awakes, which may be about... four hours from now. How did people survive without online comics when there was no graphics in computers, in the stone ages in which Sid grew up? Did they make pictures on punchcards? Or was life just dull?
