Top of the list on the too much pay would be politicians, particularly on the US FedGov side... anyone ever heard of their 'Golden Parachute' policy? Must be nice.
Pro athletes, while annoying, at least are beating their bodies and minds into a gelatinous mass while being paid from the pockets of the leisure-minded spectators... Sick of seeing them paid so much? Don't go to a game, don't PPV, don't support the leagues in any way. A year of that on a nationwide scale would put the fear of the public into them.
On the flip side of the coin, those who serve and protect (police, firefighters, etc.) and those who look to our next generations (teachers, daycare, etc.) are generally paid far less than is due them. |
