Jason's cooking tips! by nin_man 2001-12-04 22:12:57
This one's from late last night, after I abandoned the board for the evening.

But fear melted chocolate! Do not, I repeat, do NOT stick your finger into a bowl of just melted chocolate to see if it's bitter or semisweet. Apart from the obvious injuries to your finger, your first reaction will be to whip your burned digit madly about, which will invariably lead to boiling-hot chocolate to be splattered across your face.

If you're not sure what you're using, just look at the damn box.
