You've probably seen it already, but slashdot reported that Comcast has a deal with Excite to continue service to them for at least 3 more months. I was getting worried myself. I bought my cable modem the day Excite@home declared bankruptcy. Talk about your bad luck. No problems so far though. 3 Mb is much better than 56 kb (err...52 due to FCC restrictions...whatever. I downloaded the 3 Mandrake 8.1 cds (it's garbage by the way, if you have 8.0, stick with it) in 2 hours from home. Isn't it wonderful.</gloat>
