Never really thought to try before. As it turns out, my nick mostly produces links to a dozen or more military sites where it's used in generalized examples:
"Those who serve on a military court of justice may find many difficult cases laid before them. Consider the following hypothetical example: Captain X, a single male, meets with Sergeant Y, a married female, for lunch at the Officer's Club. After the meal is concluded, Captain X uses his rank to coerce Sergeant Y into engaging in an illegal sexual act involving an eggbeater, two penguins, a box of cherry-flavored tongue depressors, and an unnamed Australian women's volleyball team, all while still sitting at a table in the Club. Taking the offenders' respective ranks into consideration, as well as current military policy, what appropriate punishments should be handed out in this instance? If you review the materials given to you referencing similar cases, you will see that Captain X clearly deserves to be served with a strong reprimand, while Sergeant Y should be shot immediately before she can go to the newspapers. Also, Sergeant Y should be posthumously courtmartialed for flagrantly violating health code regulations while acting as a guest inside an officers' eating establishment."
Whoa. Maybe this isn't such a great nick after all... |
