Question of the Day! by kickstart2006-11-19 12:55:59
apparently I'm quite the Renaissance Man by saxguy 2001-12-04 12:15:13
Hmm, let's see. I'm a retired Army Colonel, I'm Vice President of world wide sales for a company called Supertex, I'm running for Governor of Florida, I was an Air Force pilot in WW2, I'm a Professor of management and organization theory at Johns Hopkins, I was inducted into the Roanoake Athletics Hall of Fame, I'm the director of the Professional Tennis Management department at Methodist University, I died on March 16, 1998 at age 91, and that's only up to page 2 of 8 in the Google results.

The funny thing is, there are at least two others who share my name who are also musicians. One of them I know about; he lives in Texas and has a band called the Collection Jazz Orchestra and about 4 CD's out (I only have one myself and when you put my CD in and let WMP do a database search to find artist/track info, it comes up with all of HIS info. Still working on getting that fixed.) But the surprise of the day is that apparently there's a musical-theatre guy in NYC who also shares my name.

But I got the jump on all of 'em (hahaha) and registered the domain name first. If you're up for a challenge: fit all of the above clues together (shouldn't be too hard), get the name we all share, spell it correctly, and enter it into your browser's locator bar as www.___________.com. (or if you're more inclined to read spoilers, the URL's in my diary...)

Happy Hunting...
