I am about to get my associates degree and have been using computers for a while, but I had to take a Spreadsheet class to fill a credit. Last night the lady who sits in front of me couldn't figure out why her pc wouldn't read a floppy disk. The instructor had to tell her that the screen that says you can now reboot your computer means that your computer is shutdown. I realized at that point exactly the quality of classmates I was surrounded by.
