In the states, start with Godiva chocolates, which can be found in many malls across the country. <Homer>Mmm, Godiva...</Homer> (Japan has some awesome chocolates, too, but I don't know how to hook you up there - and you have to parse out all the merely 'good' stuff to boot.)
