Try Rogers Chocolates as its one of the best or the best in north america.(I forget who ranks them but its one of the top 3 and is in Victoria, BC, Canada). Also try Purdy's Chocolates they make great stuff and I think was ranked in the top 3 chocolate co's in north america as well...(they are in most malls here and I've sent their candies to the US and Europe and people loved it). Btw my grandma used to work as a chocolateer and I think did work for Rogers Chocolates. Her little sister (my great aunt Margaret) used to get them free and give them to us all the time when I was a kid. :)
