Tell them you intend to go find someone else to handle your service. Say that it's unreasonable for them to do this to you, and you are so bothered by this that you'd even take the same level of service for the same price from someone else, simply because you feel 'betrayed' by this whole thing. See if they don't try to kiss your @$$ just to keep your business. If they don't, maybe finding another service really is the right answer.
