Fluffy cats, hair and hockey	by Arienadean	2001-11-16 18:03:08
My dad was in hockey for years when younger. He was part of the Braylore Bruins.(which had one or two well known players go on to the NHL). My sons not in ice hockey as he's way to clumsy on skates(he has motor/muscle problems). But he loves watching it and playing street hockey with friends and at school. I've not seen the hockey teams here do the hair dye thing. But then I'm not involved with hockey as much and I just see bits of things on tv or my son playing with his friends.(he's only 9). I think brown and black hair looks cools streaked or highlighted in gold looks neat too. :) I can't do much with my hair as I've got sensitive skin and allergies...(otherwise when younger I might of dyed it dark and had highlights put in it) I did try to bleach it a bit on occasion before.(lemon juice and the sun) Fluffy cat wise the fluffiest I had was Asia. He was a hymalian. When I first got him he was just so sweet. I got him from the SPCA(animal shelter) and he was a purebred.(they figure he got loose and his owners may of thought him dead same with his sister as they were both very young). Asia looked like a purex kitten from the comercials... Like a persian he was very very fluffy and he was white at first. Then his colours came in and I think he was a blue point.(with beautiful baby blue eyes) He used to fall asleep on my chest when I fell asleep on my back. I'd wake to him softly snoring(yes he snored... I figured it was the pushed in face of the persian that did that..). Unfortunately few years back he died of leukemia. This new little kitten tho is very lovey... She likes to hug my wrist and fall asleep with her head on my hand. Sometimes she sleeps hugging the keyboard or her head near fkeys or the number pad. However lately as she's getting bigger I've had to put her down as she finds it fun to smack the menu key or mouse button.(she watches the screen so she's learned it does do something... she'll go whap then look at the screen then look at me then pretend she didn't do that... then she'll do it again.). It gets hard to type so down she goes if she's being a pest and she's not aloud up here either if I'm eating or something. However she's taken to hiding between the blinds and window and attacking cords so I've had to shoo her away from those... Other than that most times she's a really good kitty.
