The G4's case is made of polycarbonate - that's RIOT SHIELD material. Both feet of the G4 were SHATTERED. The UMAX PowerTower Pro was completely destroyed, as was his monitor. His other PCs were decidedly bent and battered as well. A Tupperware box was shattered too. That shouldn't need insurance to claim for. That's outright criminal damage. UPS (and/or it's employees responsible) should be taken out and shot - no wait, that's too kind.
