Ok, I do second level support for the database - stuff here

The hotline plugged several users thru to me today because "the accounting database ran so very slow"

I wasn't able to to find anything on the database server so I talked a while with a user to pinpoint the problem. After a wile he asked "When do we get our normal Server back by the way"

Me : "Hu ? Normal Server ? Waddaya talking about ?"

As it turned out the NT-People did some maintanance on our terminal servers and had all users (who normaly work on 3 load-balanced servers) diverted to ONE.

And these stupid hotline-gang had put all performance-complaints thru to me. AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH !!!!!!! I could kill them.
