Spent the last day and a half fixing problems caused by an Accountant who I strongly suspect has never used a computer before in his life. You know the sort. Their brain follows a thought process something similar to:
"I don't know what this does, but I'll click it anyway".
"Ok, that did something strange. shall I tell someone and let them fix it? No what's the point. I'm sure I can fix it by clicking a few more random buttons..."

Everyone in the room with the guy wanted him dead. Even the receptionist.
