In college I dated a guy who was obsessed with that show. He couldn't get it in his dorm, so his dad would tape it and send him a bunch of videos. Upon receiving these videos the ex-SO would then go into these marathon sessions that lasted 24-48 hours of watching the video.
I didn't really like the show that much, but when he would turn down *ahem* "playing" with me because he was watching Babylon 5, I found it rather annoying. Despite the fact that he was watching recordings, and recordings can be paused and then restarted at a more convenient time. . .
That was years ago, I have since found someone who loves Bab 5, but has his priorities straight :-) |
