The hangover has mostly gone and I've got 10 minutes to kill before going to the pub for lunch. (I just never learn...)

The best thing I've seen on telly recently is Robot Wars Extreme. Its the usual format of radio-controlled robots knocking seven shades of #@*& out of each other, but done really well. best of all though is seeing the new generation of robots taking on the seemingly invincible robots from the previous series (eg Chaos 2, Pussycat and Behemoth) and slapping them all over the place.
