You have already found the Biosphere, and Old Tucson. There is also a water park, Golf (of course), and the Desert Museum, as for restaurants I would advise Pennical Peak (and wear a tie when you go if you want some personal entertainment). Nearby things to do include Kirchner Caverns, and Tombstone. And most importantly you could get to meet some important celebrities such as Starry Knight and Whiplash! :)
