Does anyone know how to set the mouse scroll-wheel so that it only goes down a few lines instead of a whole page? I went through the Opera preferences and can't find it anywhere and am too tired right now to really try to track it down. It is 3:00a.m. here and I really need a shot of Visine. _{Hey.
