story being the key word there. I worked for Compaq ages ago on the help desk. Before you can start talking to people everyone had to take a class to learn Compaq's database of problems. My teacher told me about a lady that called and tore into one of the tech's there for suggesting opening the manual to page 2 to see how to put a batt in a laptop.
