though in Switzerland i have been told they make "wedding cheese" and "funeral cheese" ... when a person is BORN It 's supposed to be a LOCAL custome, i don't know how local (1 village, 1 valley, half of switzerland?) I guess you will have to cut them with an axe, if someone weds "late", say at age 40. And the funeral cheese might be 80 years (counted accurately on a swiss watch) On the other hand: well-known dutch cheeses are "old" after a few months, so 51 weeks is considered old.
