I don't believe in divine anything, thus nobody's opinion is more 'right' than anyone else's.
I don't see what one has to do with the other. Also, it is possible to evaluate, to a point, the validity of many opinions based on logic and known facts. For example, you may be of the opinion that thus-and-such will be harmless, but if I can show that it would be harmful, the validity (and perceived 'rightness') of your opinion is undermined.
Also, the relative 'rightness' of some otherwise indeterministic opinions (such as your driver example, or the quality of artwork, etc.) can be evaluated by consensus.
