He's got a valid point or two, but for entirely the wrong reasons, and he stretches them so far the backlash slammed his tongue into his stomach.
He's lying, baldfacedly, and Mr. Lettice is calling him on it with witty self-deprecation.
I'm not sure when exactly Bill left the technological arena for the political one, but he certainly has what it takes to run for President some day. And with his money and your computers, he'll probably win.
