Since nobody noticed in the translation thread:
What does "Hey Bill. Psyche!" mean?
Is it a typo, like "Psycho" and intended to express "You're an a**hole but you succeeded again",
or
more like "Psych!" as in psychological warfare, meaning "hey Bill, we just played a cruel joke on you, and of course nothing is really settled."
Is this really clear and easy to understand for the English / American reader? I think not. :-)
