I'm from Australia, but I want to say, all the best with you and this chick. I think it's the first step, and the right one too, if you're really interested in someone.
It was a bit different for me, I sorta kept quiet, and after a long long long time, she was the one that came over and she started chattin about her feelings etc. It was all good from then on, we're going great now. But damm u gotta wish that that'd happen more often, but it doesn't.
