of water would look like in your belly. Picture a jerry can (5 gallon can) inserted into your abdomen. Or (5) 1 gallon milk jugs. Even the hugest person would have difficulty with the displacement. I think the eloctrolyte imbalance would be the least of your worries. Ruptured stomach, bladder, intestines would be more likely to be the immediate cause of death.
