give any money back if I choose to not participate. I also asked about my SO being covered, but because we are not legally married (moving in together in 30 days), we are not eligible. My SO will have to provide insurance from their own employer. I'm tempted to move to California, just for the life partners protection they offer. Ok, not really. I'd be more tempted to move there for a better job! ;)
