| Antimatter is the same as matter, but somewhat different. Take protons for example. They have a +1 charge associated with them. And electrons for example, have a -1 charge. An anti-proton (positron) has a -1 charge but is NOT an electron. It's made of hte same quarks as the proton is, just arragned differently. Electrons on teh otherhand, as far as we can tell so far, are made up by something other than quarks. At anyrate, it's all in the Theory of Symmetry and Super String Theory.
