As for the second, I know retailers will want their profits, and there is cost involved in packaging and distribution, and I would be willing to pay enough to cover that. Why should I have to pay more than once for the rights to have and watch a single movie? The argument is only strengthened by their attempts to take away our legal right to make a backup copy.

The reason I put the statement about upgrading in parens was that I know that will never happen, though the argument is still valid
