I read some comments by a Tick fan and industry insider who has seen several episodes. He said that the first 2 are a little shaky, but by the end of number 3 you will be completely hooked. I liked both the comic and the cartoon, which were both funny but different, and think you have to treat the new show the same way. It should be viewed as its own thing, not a conversion of one of the other two. I give the show a tentative thumbs up so far, and the casting (and those antennae!) a HUGE thumbs up.
