... that doesn't sound very good.

LunarRainn and a couple friends once tried to "contact" the ghosts that live in our house. We were using a Ouiga board that LunarRainn brought with her. It kinda worked, but a lot of the questions didn't make much sense.

My aunt told me later that we should have bound the board to protect us, and we should've been a little more careful in how we were trying to make contact. I got a bit of a lecture out of it and she said she would to show me the proper technique at some point. Oh well.

As far as the "energies" go. I took a class in San Francisco on "Spoon Bending" where they taught us to focus our energies to bend metal with our hands. I know it sounds kinda hokey, but it works pretty well if you do it right. My grandmother, who is normally about as strong as a wet noodle, can bend spoons ( or some other metal things ) that I can't even bend with a pair of pliers. Anyways, the point of the course was to teach us how to focus our "energies" to accomplish goals, and to live better lives. I wouldn't really say that I'm living that much of a better life, but I am more sensitive to how I use my energies and I now use them in everything from Counter-Strike, to Bowling, to finding parking in San Francisco :). Though I am careful how MUCH I use them, after all, Rule of 3.
