well it doesnt look goood If i were to do this then i would have to say to do it with a background picture that is black at the top and white at the bottom. then you can use frames to type in stuff information and stuff for each of the sections. make sure you set the width of the frames to a certain number of pixels so that the white section text does not flow onto the black and vise versa. when you update the information tho you may find that you will need to update your black and white picture.
