Ye Newe Computer Theory Innuendo Thread by skeegenin 2001-11-07 19:25:29

Okay, so I'm trying to somehow justify the [CENSORED] number of hours I'm dedicating to learning computer theory this semester. So far the only reward(?) I've gotten is two brutal flailings in the form of 1/3-term exams (most recent was only hours ago). This thread is my first (futile?) attempt to derive some sort of enjoyment out of my newfound knowledge.

A combination of lack-of-sleep and, well, my mind's permanent residence in the gutter has led me to see the potential innuendo-energy that exists within the very terminology that makes up theoretical computer "science" ("" -> that's a different rant all-together). So, I thought... why not give it a whirl? :)

First shot: comp theory pick-up lines....

You make me NP-complete.
Hey, wanna join my satisfaction triple?
Want me to show you the Hamiltonian path to my bed?
I don't have the halting problem in bed.
I don't have the bounded halting problem either.
Is it my sickly good looks or suave demeanor that's Turing you on?
Personally, I don't beleive in the Space Hierarchy, you can be on top if you want.
I'd love to get you between the Vertex Covers.
Are your pants Reflexive? 'Cause I can see myself in them.
