Just with a whole lot of garbage added in. It's also the only OS I've seen that can make an Athlon 4 1GHz machine run about the same speed as a 200Mhz Pentium. I checked out the system usage on the Athlon. Out of 128 Meg of RAM, 212 Megs were used. And this with no running applications! So, unless you have 256 Megs of RAM or more, Windows XP will access the swap file before any application is started. This I have problems with.
