The only way to figure that out would be to write your own prog to extract that info. man pages tell you what system calls to use to pull info out of WTMPX and UTMPX in your own prog, but off hand I don't know one prewritten that will do what you are looking for... do you have and xferlog? If anything was FTP'd that would tell you it.
