if nothing else I admire your strenth of mind and stomach to do tech support for them. you truly must have nerves of steel. however, can you tell me why they allow oems to release buggy versions of proprietary windows (dell, gateway) that are usually installed missing some key vxd's (if I see one more of those at work, I will start fdisking at will)? why is it that they encourage releasing watered down versions of windows that require purchase of a retail version if they wanna add anything?
