AFAIK most unix shells have a history file (for ex. .bash_history) that records commands entered for easy repeating. (though, only one copy seems to get saved to disk if a person was logged in multiple times at once...) Apart from that, there probably are special logging programs you can run if you're root/BOFH... ;)
