Didn't Billy Crystal have that line "It is better to look good than to be good"? Now I don't know if that was his or if it really was something that Fernando Lamas once said. Either way, once again Bill Gates changes a little and calls it his own. Sort of like borrowing the artist from Macintosh to enhance the buttons, etc, on Windows way back in the 3.x days. By the way, isn't there supposed to be a little MS symbol and a Copyright symbol by his quotes? There normally is after all MS products. I am sure that "640 kilobytes is enough for everybody" is registered, as is the famous "Windows only needs 4 megabytes. OS/2 needs at least 8."
