Hehe. I've been playing Rogue (commercial version by the long-defunct Epyx) since 1987, when we got our first computer. Which makes that 14 whole years now. Scary. I've tried the original nethack, but I can't stand those bloody archaic vi keys. But in Rogue I have gotten the amulet of Yendor. Several times even. :) It doesn't hurt that I hacked something to save and restore properly. ;)
