What's your 'boundary' for dividing women from girls?

As a female myself, I'd like to know what the guys think on this issue. I know that among my friends, we use the two almost interchangeably to refer to each other, and only use 'women' exclusively when referring to females our mothers' age.

So, what's your definition?
