They sell them at healthfood places like Capers, and such... But you can also get them (well least one brand) in major groceries here(seen them in least 2 of them). Also they carry Yves which has two lines I think... vegitarian(which might alow for some dairy and egg and vegan which allows for no animal products at all). I've even reciently seen vegan tuna... and that was new to me. I've seen cheeses, meats, noodles, etc but that was the first time with fish... I've not tried it yet but will as I'm curious. Oh and recipies wise I hear the "Moosewood Lodge" cookbook is really good... However you can find vegan/vegitarian recipies that are asian that are pretty good... Some cultures due to lack of meat depended more on vegies, grains, and fish. The recipies taste reasonable they just happen to not have meat...
